Since we integrated the
KW - Keller Williams brand and understood its model of specialization and operation in geographically distant locations, we quickly wanted to put our teams expansion into practice. After establishing the key foundations of the business in
Lisbon and being able to rely on essential departments in team management with the hiring of an Operations Director, a Team Coordinator, a Customer Manager, a Listings Manager, a Marketing Director, and even an assistant for the
Marta Valle Real Estate Group, it was straightforward to centralize these services to support our teams in other parts of the country.
In 2019, we began the recruitment process in the
Porto area, both for team leader positions and for sales roles. With the success of this significant step, it was not difficult to realize the importance of also having a team in the
Cascais area, followed by expansion into other national markets with partnerships in the
Algarve and the
Madeira region. In 2023, we finally expanded beyond borders with strategic partnerships in the
United States, allowing us to enter the
Boston, Miami, and California markets. For the coming years, we intend to solidify our position in the markets where we operate and continue to pursue our vision of expanding into other markets and countries.
